工业应用范例

甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)的焦油回收

极其强大的连续的利斯特TDI回收过程可以轻松处理成分和流量存在波动的焦油。焦油进料可含有30-70%的甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),它是聚氨酯的原料。

从焦油中蒸发TDI是困难的。混合物易于爆聚,并且随着TDI含量下降,剩余物料先变成糊态,然后是高度粘稠的状态。最后当TDI含量在0.5-1%时,残余物凝固成硬的,可自由流动的焦油粉末颗粒。

从TDI焦油里蒸发干燥出来的粗TDI被返回到上游系统中再进行精加工,此回收工艺改善了该装置的整体经济性。
