Test Facilities

At the LIST Test Center engineers work with customers to develop and optimize process solutions for a broad range of viscous, sticky, and crust-forming materials.

Processes include reaction, devolatilization, purification, drying, crystallization, and mixing.

The LIST Test Center is fully equipped with a variety of batch and continuous laboratory and pilot units, peripheral equipment, and analytical systems:

• Heating/cooling systems
• Vacuum/condensation units
• Feed/discharge systems

• Single shaft, twin shaft (co- and counter-rotating)
• Volume: 3.0 – 175.0 liters
• Heat exchange surface: 0.13 – 7.2 m2
• Operation mode: Batch and/or Conti
• Operating pressure: 10-3 – 16.0 bar
• Operating temperature: -100 – 340° C

The facility is operated in compliance with all the latest standards for environment, health, and safety and is capable of handling hazardous and carcinogenic materials and solvents, while also providing an explosion-proof opeation.  Throughout all phases of testing and development, LIST maintains complete confidentiality.
