Why does LIST prefer batch testing?

Batch testing allows the greatest flexibility and the ability to gather the greatest amount of data in the least amount of time. LIST has the expertise to translate results from batch trials into continuous industrial processes.

Can continuous trials be performed at the LIST Test Center?

Yes. However, due to the material handling requirements of continuous trials, the trial duration may be somewhat limited. Afterwards because of infrastructure, it is often more convenient, can cost effective, to perform further continuous trials at customer's facility through the LIST rental program.

Material requirements for trials?

Typically, batch trials target a final fill level of approximately 50-80%. Depending on the type of process, the product behavior, and the selected LIST unit, material quantities will vary. Contact your LIST representative to discuss these requirements for your particular application.
